The infrared light has an optimal depth effect. Thanks to the non-contact waxing process, the heat can act gently and evenly on the surface of the ski base. The wax penetrates particularly deeply into the base and lasts significantly longer.

The Hot Wax - will get your skis or board moving fast! We use a hot iron to get wax deep into your base, then we buff and polish by hand to give your equipment that smooth glide for any condition.

The Edge & Wax - will sharpen your edges allowing your ski/snowboard to grip, glide, and stop the way you expect it to. By sharpening your ski/snowboard edges, your equipment will be able to bite into the ski slope better which will give you better edge hold in and out of turns. Through the course of a season, your edges may get dings, nicks, burrs, and they will dull. Having your edges sharpened will return them to top condition. This service also includes our hand wax, buff and polish.

The Full Tune - includes our standard Wax & Edge service but also gives special attention to any rust, damage, scratches, gouges or rough spots that may need repair. This service includes base welds, epoxy, and P-tex work. It is important to get any imperfections or damage fixed so that your equipment will perform the way you expect it to out on the mountain.
